Every Level Has Two Doors
Earn it with time, or reach it early by committing more deeply to your pilots. Both answer the same question.

Nothing Is Ever Reported to the FAA
Not ever, and not to your school either. Schools receive totals only: how many pilots took part, never who, and never what was said. Student data stays anonymous. Instructor data stays anonymous.
That is not a formality, it is the entire reason this works. Pilots only use something like this honestly when they are certain it cannot follow them, and honest use is the only thing that produces real improvement at a school.
