It is the only coaching service that combines counseling education, industry training expertise at a 121 carrier, and first-hand pilot experience to create a confidential, aviation-specific support system that no traditional therapist or generic coach can replicate.
Through individual coaching and engaging workshops and presentations, you (or your pilot group!) can gain practical tools to help navigate challenges in training, the aircraft, and in life!
